Executive Team

David R. Povlitz
Chairman/Founder

Mr. Povlitz is the founder of Anago International, Inc., (AII) the predecessor to Anago Franchising, Inc., (AFI) and Anago Cleaning Systems (ACS) the parent company to AFI. Mr. Povlitz began his career in the building maintenance field by first founding Professional Building Maintenance, Inc. a janitorial service company in Detroit, Michigan in 1974 and developed many of the cleaning methods used by Anago today. In 1990, he began franchising those methods in Florida through AII. In 1995, he formed AFI to sell Master Franchises nationally. Mr. Povlitz is also the owner of the South Florida Master Franchise and an owner Anago of the Treasure Coast.

Terry M. Mollica
President/CEO

Mr. Mollica is co-founder of AFI and ACS and was appointed Vice President and COO in July 1995. He was appointed President and CEO of AFI in April, 2004. He is co-developer of the NBDS and IGAS computer systems currently used by Anago. Mr. Mollica has over 20 years of operational and management experience in the janitorial franchise industry.

Mary Barker
Senior Vice President / Compliance

Ms. Barker has been with Anago Franchising since it’s inception in 1995, and originally began with AFI’s Predecessor, AII, in 1993. She has held several positions within the Anago system, including Director of Administration, as well as Regional Director of the South Florida Master Franchise. Ms. Barker is co-developer of the NBDS and IGAS computer system.

Adam D. Povlitz
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Povlitz joined AFI in September 2009 and was appointed Director of Human Resources / Franchise Development in January 2010. In September 2010 he was appointed Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Anago, he was employed by IBM Corporation as the Growth Initiatives & Expense Analyst for IBM North America Sales & Distribution in White Plains, New York. Mr. Povlitz also holds an MBA from the University of Miami.

Judy Walker
Vice President of Marketing

Mrs. Walker joined AFI in August 2001 and became Director of Franchise Marketing in 2002. She was appointed Vice President of Marketing in February, 2005. Mrs. Walker started with AII in 1994 and became head of the telemarketing department in August 1994. In April 1998, she became Director of Telemarketing for the South Florida Master Franchise. Previously, she was Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing for Windows on the World Restaurant in New York City. She is fluent in Italian and Spanish.

Lisa Povlitz
Director of Financial Systems

Ms. Povlitz joined AFI in September 2009 and was appointed Director of Financial Systems / Human Resource Manager in September 2010. She began her career with Anago at the South Florida Master Franchise in 2000 where she held several positions including Operations Representative, Accounts Receivable Specialist, and Office Manager. Ms. Povlitz holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Everest University.

Sheryl Silverstone
Director of Compliance / Master City Support

Mrs. Silverstone joined AFI in August 2004 and was appointed Director of Inside Sales and Marketing in 2006. She was promoted to Director of Compliance in September 2010. Mrs. Silverstone started with Anago of South Florida in October 2000, as a member of the Inside Sales Department. In 2002, she was appointed Director of Marketing for the South Florida Master.
